Owner is a fudd. Has no clue what things are worth. Charging way over retail for used guns and has insultingly low offers. Disgusting rude people. Close your store.

I thought I'd get $200 for an electric guitar i wanted to sell and only got $50. I don't recommend going here

Horrible customer service. Asked if a battery for an electric tool was for sale by itself, the guy was rude as can be about it. Popped an attitude and the whole nine yards. I simply ask a question and the employees are rude? This store may have a lot of ghetto hoodlums come here, but I am not one of them. It was some crooked eyed old man. Guarantee I won’t come back here. I mean, it is a pawn shop after all. I guess haggling is frowned upon nowadays. Absolute trash (Go to highway 380 pawn. They’re very nice and gave me and my wife beef jerky for free the last time we came in )

Horrible knowledge of jewelry, discredited the rings I brought in . Offered me nothing basically for two pieces worth well over 3k . Ended up going down the street and sold one piece for 500$ over what they offered me for both . Will never go there for business again . Thank you for your time tho 👌 they didn’t look up the diamonds or anything didn’t even test them .

Owner is so nice and helpful. I have found three BEAUTIFUL Coach purses. All were authentic and under 30.00.

Brought an Hitachi Framing nailer here older short haired lady tried to tell me it wasn’t working upon seeing the gun she pointed to the factory thread lock on the hose fitting and said it was rust. Went back and tested it said it wouldn’t shoot. I will say the blonde lady was friendly polite and professional complete polar opposite of the lady who thinks she is some art of expert completely rude and unqualified to perform her job I then took it home it was working just fine. I then went to another pawn shop told them what happened they said it couldn’t have worked any better and that people come in frequently with nail guns saying the same thing about the same woman. Completely incompetent staff it’s one thing to just admit you don’t know how to use something but to act like the tool isn’t working because you have absolutely no clue on how to use it is another story. I would be very careful bringing any tools there not sure if she was hoping I could bring it back so that she could hand it back broken or if she is just completely ignorant. Clearly she has no business acting as if she knows anything about tools. I would avoid this place like the plague especially if you have power tools. After looking at other comments seems like it’s a trend you would think the owners would take action after so many negative complaints about the same woman even most of the positive reviews clearly mention a guy or another staff member because if she had been around no way you could accurately leave five stars. Hopefully moving forward she will take some time to educate herself before acting like an expert and work on her attitude towards customers should have checked the reviews first before I went in would have saved me some time and effort

Coming to these people is a waste of time if you are trying to sell jewelry. They will discredit your piece and try to tell you it isn't worth anything when you know it is. Always do your research when dealing with jewelry! You're better off selling your rings/necklaces ect. on Offerup & saving yourself some time. 💯 As for the shop: I completely agree with this statement - "If you don’t want the jewelry someone brings in you just need to say that. No need to falsely discredit a piece because of your lack of knowledge/interest."

An average to small pawn shop in size. They have a decent selection of tools and electronics and firearms, but not a lot of floor space. Their customer service is average, but the store is organized and neat. One interesting thing is that I did offer some merchandise for a loan one time, but they did not have the money in the store. They said they had a rush on people trying to get cash but not purchasing anything. I am sure it was a one-time thing, but it is surprising that they ran that low on cash flow, especially that being their business. However if you are interested in musical equipment especially guitars, this is probably the best pawn shop in the area. They have a large selection of really nice looking acoustic and electric guitars, some of them are very new. They have brand name musical equipment as well as lesser-known brands. Also they have a decent number of laptop computers, many of them brand names and very good deals, if you are computer savvy. I would give them 4 to 5 stars if it was just a review based on their music equipment and always having money to loan, but otherwise an average pawn shop.

Come here regularly to buy trade sell and loans occasionally. They are very fair and willing to work with you. Missed a couple due dates and they put a hold for a couple days till I could get there to pay when I called and explained. So awesome of them! If you need jewelry tools guns or guitars this is the place! Minimal electronics though.

FANTASTIC selection of guitars. This place has a ton of variety and quality. Everything from 8 string electic guitars to acoustic rubber string bass guitars. Amp heads, a ton of cabinets, ukeles, and even left-handed guitars. Truly a guitarist's pawn shop utopia.
