      I loved Bank of Fayetteville. I HATE Merchants. Ever since they merged or were bought out the hidden fees are ridiculous and customer service is horrible. I've had my acct for over 12 years but it will not be there by 2018. I had even stayed when it was completely inconvenient to go to my bank because I loved my bank. Even though it's right down the road now I'll go out of my way to go to another bank.

      Erica is totally right. I have had checking and savings accounts there for more than 20 years until recently. Now that it merged, it sucks - switched to Arvest.

      Garbage bank. Kids running around and all the employees in the back talking instead of working. It took Cesar from the next shift to come in to get what I needed done. Bank of Fayetteville is really slipping.

      The location on Weddington is horrible. I got there to deposit a check, I admit I was cutting it close because they were near closing. The drive-thru sign was still on, so I pulled up to the window. I sit there for 3 minutes to have the guy, who was reading a newspaper and ignoring me, come up to the window, at 12, and tell me that they were closed and couldn't help me. I've been with this bank for 12 years. Ever since Merchant took over, the customer care has gone down hill.
