  I am a local realtor and Doug along with his team have been nothing but helpful to me and my clients over the past year. A client of mine had spent about 4 months trying to get approved for a jumbo loan. After dealing with a multitude of various lenders turning her down she got discouraged about the whole process. I put her in touch with Doug and he was able to do what no one else could!   This company get 5 stellar stars. They provided service upon and beyond my expectations. Doug was a professional true and thru. He was spot on responsive and made sure you had options that you could vet through to make the best informed decision. The process was steadfast and the Loan process and escrow was seamless and a joy to work with. By far the best real estate loan transaction I have done. You cannot go wrong with selecting this firm to assist you with your needs they are real and honest and definitely go above and beyond to ensure you are being taken care of They provide what they promised.

  Why choose the Arch Corporation....? Because they are the absolutely the best....Better than ALL the rest!!!!! Doug (CEO) and Stacy (Sr Loan Officer) demonstrate the utmost professionalism, patience, judgement, knowledge and skills like no other and they DO get the toughest Refinance Loans for Self-Employed people to the finish line! Having said that....Refinance with Cash-out is the toughest to get in this pandemic climate and yes, it took 3 months to fully close...and guess what folks....They made it happen! 7 years ago...I was able to do a Refinance in a few days...Not now and not just anywhere. I was so frustrated with filling out calculators and refinance options and then getting flooded with emails and phone calls and to this day the calls and inquiries still have NOT stopped. Just when I thought there would be no hope, for someone to pay attention and actually get my situation rather than hitting up a loan shark or some bait and switch fly by nighter company; I asked a friend who they used, since my friend was a self-employed business owner and as self employed business owners...we get shunned...he proudly, recommended Doug Lewiskin, CEO of the Arch Corporation--This proved to be the best phone call I could have made and I really cannot thank Doug and Stacy enough!   Doug my loan officer and Nate were fantastic. Doug helped me refinance my house at a great rate. He provided excellent customer service, very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. He was very patient too. The refi went very smooth. I recommend using The Arch Corp. for refi, loans, etc for residential and commercial. You will have a great experience working with Doug.

  I am very pleased with the loan that Doug worked out for me. I had been wanting to refinance my home but didn't qualify. I called Doug on a whim, expecting to be turned down again, but he got me into a loan at a good rate, took cash out, without providing all the usual documentation!! The lender was a little difficult to work with but Doug professionally worked with me to get through their process, right to the end!
