  I have known Juan Barraza for a few years now. He has always been my go to person/lender when it comes to refinances or new purchase of a home. His expertise and knowledge has always helped me an my referrals in understanding the process well. What we like best is that he was always available for any questions we might have. Juan and his team do an excellent job when looking at all the documents for approval to ensure there is a successful closing with no delays. He just helped my in-laws obtain a loan to buy their first new home. They were amazed how smooth and fast the closing was once their offer was accepted. They closed in less than 30 days!!! We are so grateful for his help in assisting my in-laws in their dream of becoming homeowners. Thank you Juan for all you do!!!

  Juan was great. He took extra time to review the offer another lender was giving us, and showed us why the offers were different. Ultimately our family decided on Juan/Fairway because of the the good loan, but more importantly the good service.

  Juan and his team have been very helpful and their response time is very quick. I have purchased a home 7 years ago and then refinance several times and always with Juan as we feel safe and very informed with his services. I always get a very informative advise form Juan even for questions not directly related to the financing part of a mortgage. I always recommend Juan to my friends as I have trust in him and his team.
