  Nancy with Orlando Financial was incredible. We just closed a few weeks ago, but the process started long before that. We met with Nancy in January 2016 as my wife and I were preparing to buy our first home. We knew our goal but wanted to make sure that we set ourselves up for success. Nancy worked with my wife and I for the next 12 months to get us prepared financially. She walked us through all of our options and gave us tips on what to do to look better to lenders. We would definitely recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy a home in Orlando!

  Working with Orlando Financial Center was a breeze. I was a first time home buyer, and they were very patient with this new process for me. The whole team was very helpful, from the search process to acquiring all the documents I needed from my employer and bank, thru till after I closed and needed paperwork about my new home. I hope to not have to do this process again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be working with OFC again.

  We just purchased our THIRD home using Orlando Financial Center. We won't use anyone but Lourdes and her team (Juliet and Iliana). They are amazingly professional, knowledgable and supportive. No matter how many questions I bombard Lourdes with, no matter how stressed out and manic I become during the process, she never wavers from the calm disposition we have come to know and appreciate. A fantastic team of Girl Power!

  OFC is the best group of people to work with if you are purchasing a home. They are such a friendly, warm, and kind group. They are true to their promises and will go above and beyond for their customers. My wife and I just had a baby and we were in the market for our first home -- we were first greeted by Eddie Fernandez who went above and beyond. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon (when they are closed) and spoke with me about 30-45 minutes. He looked in the areas we were interested in and made two or three estimates so we could figure out our budget. Lourdes was our main point of contact throughout the process and she was extremely sweet and consistently helpful -- she never missed a beat in following up with me and keeping me updated, whether it be over the phone or email. She helped us through a very grueling process to apply for a USDA loan (which is an amazing loan, but the government requires A LOT of verification). Julie was extremely prompt in working with USDA and making sure we had all of the documentation needed. Julie even walked through how to pull certain financial information over the phone via my bank's website. Illiani was also amazing in following up with me and making sure the process moved along. This group is obviously very tight nit and provide top-notch service. I will absolutely be going back to them in the future.

  I am a Realtor® in the Orlando area and I have worked with many mortgage brokers over the years. Iliani Giannoni and Eddie Fernandez from OFC definitely stand out above the rest. Not only is Iliani knowledgeable, but she has an uncanny ability to make my customers very comfortable in what can be a very uncomfortable process. She takes the time to fully explain complex lending issues. At my last closing, Iliani and Eddie helped one of my customers take over the process from another lender three weeks in and closed it within 15 days; three days ahead of schedule. Impressive! I'm not saying they can work magic like that on every file, but I will say they did it when my customer needed it. I will continue to do business with these professionals and I encourage you to do the same.
