However, as he laid out the plan and explained everything each step of the way it became abundantly clear that not only could he help us with our loan, but he was invested in us being in a financial situation that worked for us and made sense.   We Recently refinanced our home with the help of Drew Brokmire. Our condos are not fha approved which made refinancing very difficult. 3 other lenders refused to even work with us because of it. We found Drew by luck and he got to work right away ,and was able to get our condo fha spot approved! He was very great staying in constant communication through out the entire process and did everything within his power to make the experience as smooth as possible. We are very grateful to have found Drew and will be returning for all our mortgage needs 😊
