  I have utilized the services of Al Sed Team - Cross Country Mortgage several times in the past 5 years. Every transaction has been professional, friendly and efficient. They go the extra effort to create a custom deal that fits your current situation and will be honest with your options. Regardless of who you utilize for your mortgage financing it's worth a call to this team to compare their service and offerings with your current provider. In my first couple of transactions I comparison shopped with larger and smaller companies, but did not receive the high quality service and product that the Al Sed Team delivers. On my last deal they made the difference in the success of closing a home in one of the most competitive housing markets on record by delivering what they promised; a lightning-quick close.   We recently closed on another home using Ali, Jale, Caty and this Cross Country Mortgage team. From start to finish and from every member of the team, we were taken cared of extremely well. I am beyond please with the origination, process, and outcome. This team is phenomenal, to say the least. They move quickly and confidently. While their promises are rather ambitious, they actually deliver on said promises. I'll be honest, at the start I was a bit skeptical. Ali had promised a much earlier closing date than any other competitor (and believe I sought many lenders). He promised this despite it being during Christmas week and with myself being on travel for a large part of the time. I did not have full access to my accounts and documents as I normally would. Yet even with these obstacles and circumstances, this team not only delivered on the closing date, but they actually were able to close on the loan even earlier than their estimate. At the end of the day, you cannot argue with outcome and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Again, I am beyond please and cannot recommended them enough. My agent referred Ali to me and offered very high praises. I had a double app going, but ultimately felt so confident in this team that I quickly dumped the other lender. I would highly recommend that everyone do their due diligence in seeking which lender to use. Not every team will be compatible with you and your goals. For me, this team is the one! The best! The best compliment I can give a business is that I will be a returned client.

  Al’s team is leaps and bounds beyond other lenders. They understand exactly what it takes to stand out as a buyer, and they surpass those expectations. Ali Saad and James Burns have been put to the fire on multiple occasions for my clients, and they’ve displayed exceptional knowledge, communication, incredible speed in their process, and they’ve made things happen for my clients when no other lender was able to. Additionally, their lead, Jalé Goztepe has her hand in every transaction, and goes WAY above and beyond the call of duty to assure my clients have the absolute highest probability of a successful acceptance.   Had the worst experience with Al and his team at CC. Very poor communication, slow, and unprofessional. Would never recommend them ever again. And would definitely not use them. There are too many other great lenders around.
