  Wow. What an incredible experience. Greg and his team were top notch from the get go. When Greg and I first met, he really took the time to get to understand our personal situation and then crafted an approach that was best for our family. His ability to be calm through the storm is what I really valued during the process. Buying a home is a really scary experience, especially in California, and I felt like Greg, Greg's Team and everyone throughout the process were in sync the entire time. I would recommend The Mull Team every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Thank you again Greg and I look forward to the next time we do business together!

  Greg and his team made my home purchase a very positive and seamless experience. The team was super communicative and responsive and I was able to get a very competitive rate compared to other lender's quotes. Greg is super personable and professional and he helped take away some of the stress that can come with a big home purchase. I will be using Greg and team for all of my lending needs going forward.

  Communication is the key to the real estate business; Greg and his Team are at the Top of the Heap. I have been in residential real estate for 50 years, in that time I rarely meet a loan agent such as Greg Mull. There are a very few good men in this world that know how to handle things calmly in the line of fire. If you want someone who has your back, let Greg handle your loan. Most loans are simple, it is the hard ones that test your mental, mine was the kind that you pin a medal on your loan agent. Every one worked together like a Super Bowl Championship Team.

  Greg Mull and his team made a first time home buying experience less overwhelming! They guided me step-by-step through the mortgage process, got me a great interest rate, and even helped extend my rate when my close-date got pushed back an extra week (at fault of the seller). The Mull team is highly responsive via phone and email (and I would know because I had so many questions along the way!), and they were always very helpful in thoroughly explaining processes and next steps.   Greg was referred to my wife and I through a family member. I'm glad they did, because the Mull team (Greg, Dean, Ryan, Christina) was very easy to work with and all very helpful in the process.
