  A great credit union with friendly and professional employees. All of my experiences with Texell have been positive and I highly recommend them. I believe they are the best in town not only for their great service as a credit union but because of the wonderful people that work there as well.

  Assistant Branch Manager Flynn made setting up my first IRA a breeze and even got me in touch with the car insurance manager in the same sitting. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and I look forward to doing business with him again.

  Jerrica Davis has by far given me the best Texell experience i've ever had and i have been a customer of this bank for 17 years. This past month has been a emotional and physical roller coaster due to my car being totalled in an accident. From the moment she contacted me last week about our car loan approval up until today picking up our new car, she has provided me with great service! Thank you for brightening my day Jerrica!

  Brittney5603. Thank you for you superb service, kindness, professionalism and patience. Your service was exemplary. As a 30 yr customer, now I don't have to go to the Adams Ave location and feel insulted and treated like a suspect or potential bank robber.

  I give this Bank two stars for their customer service because their staff are always as helpful as they can be. However, if you are a person of color, this Bank is not built for us or conducive to helping people of color financially.

  I had a great auto loan experience at Texell Credit Union. My loan officer, Mike Gonzales, was professional and personable, and helped me every step of the way. The staff was friendly and helpful. The branch manager, Kieth Thomas, welcomed me personally. I'm really glad I chose Texell for an auto loan instead of a dealership or national bank. They treated me really well.
