  I was having issues resetting my password. Made the second trip in and they were super helpful.... let me do it on the bank computer so they could supervise me. It worked. The ladies who helped me so much are Carissa Flores and Stacy McGinnis. Thank you ladies for your patience.

  Without a doubt the most helpful and courteous staff around! Stacy & Toni and the downtown temple branch are a delight! If I could give 10 stars I would.

  Worst banking experience to date. The video tellers are always having issues and on June 23, 2022 at 4:00 the commercial teller refused to assist all customers that had been waiting I line for more than 30 minutes.

  I don't have an account here but if I lived in Temple I would. Toni Stacy and Kyia treat me like family every time I use the machine for cashing checks.

  Downtown temple branch is amazing. Stacy & Kyia take great care of me with the business accounts and my personal. Great staff, customer service is #1!

  If I could have a choice for a star less than 1, I would select it. I have dealt with numerous banks over the past few years including Extraco Banks. Their logo should not be "banking as it should be," but "banking as it should not be." No customer relations, no phone availability, no customer service, no personal service. I am tied to the bank solely because other members in my family will not seek other banking relations.
