  We have done business with Texas Trust Credit Union for years. They helped us to pay off our loans much faster through balance transfers. They have good customer service and quite a few locations. They also went to bat for us when we were scammed. They recovered 1/2 of what we lost. That's better than nothing! Would recommend them.

  I always thought credit unions worked for their members but I found this not to be true. At susser bank - it’s by far the most sincere bank I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with: They have my back 💯 Back I go !

  The wait times to get a receipt at the drive thru are unacceptable. The ATMs don't accept deposits. They charge fees for pending transactions that have not yet cleared your account - and therefore, have not affected your balance. This practice is likely illegal and will hopefully be stopped with a class action lawsuit since Texas Trust has become more greedy in the past 10 years. I've been a member for over 40 but not for much longer.

  They literally charge you for EVERYTHING!!! Overdraft, they automatically charge you $29. Most financial institutions charge an overdraft fee 6pm that day. TTCU will charge you right away. You'll have to wait until 8am for direct deposit. You pay TTCU to use any ATM that's not thiers... STAY FAR AWAY, if could give zero stars I would.

  I fired my original bank and came to Texas Trust and have never been happier. The people are great, the service is excellent, and it has a small-town feel, even though it has convenient locations all over the area. Add in no ATM fees and the ability to bank with my phone, and it's a win.

  I've never had a problem with this bank we found fraudulent charges on our debit account and were able to freeze both our card numbers they had the money back in our account within a week.
