  After planning to refi our 30-year mortgage to 15 years, we contacted David Gajan at Colonial Mortgage's Arlington office. He was very responsive, offering several options and rates. After selecting the option we preferred, David was very thorough throughout the process in alerting us to documentation needed and following through to get it to the people reviewing our application. We also received a firm rate offer that was slightly better from another credible, major mortgage source, and David ensured we got the best rate. Since Colonial has serviced two other mortgages for us locally, we felt confident Colonial was our best option. David was diligent and professional throughout guiding us to a 30-day closing. Excellent service!
