Everyone is friendly, it’s not over crowded, and they are quick to get you in and out regardless of the time of day! If you’re looking for a place to bank this is it! Nelly M5It is no surprise this location is near 5 stars. I work in the financial industry as well and had a mutual customer who needed to negotiate a large Southside check. I called several locations where managers immediately ended my call with obstacle on why they could not assist our mutual customer. Lina immediately took ownership of the matter and found alternatives to help. In addition, Lina followed up with me to communicate the resolution of the matter. Thank you again, Lina for your leadership. You hold true attributes that define a successful branch manager.

Ed Farmer5I was one of the founders that opened Fort Worth National Bank. Since it was purchased by Southside Bank, I have continued to drive from Mansfield to the southwest Arlington branch due to the friendly and professional in-person service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a first class bank, that sincerely puts its customers first, to visit one of the branches. Ed Farmer

Greg Ricks5I have experienced great customer service with South Side Bank. My banker helped us get the PPP loan and the staff at the branch in Arlington have been top notch. No complaints whatsoever.

Hamdi Elayyouti1I stopped by the location closest to my home- I was told they didn’t have a change machine and drove 24 minutes to this location. I walked in to ask if they have a change machine and I was told yes and they would exchange my change for bills. They were all in rolls. I went out to the car to bring the change in and was told by the rude blond lady with the fake lips (who I assume is the manager) told me they could not exchange my money. She didn’t try to help but was trying to convince me that they should not have sent me to this location. It was not a huge amount of change it would have taken them a few minutes to exchange. There were no customers and she was just standing around talking to the employees laughing. Will never return to this location. Your employees need training. Very rude and unprofessional.

I've had a few problems with them right after they took over OmniAmerican, but they made it right, ever since then they have taken care of us in extraordinary ways. This is a great bank!
