  Have to give it two stars, I am not sure what the issue is on why the drive-through is so incredibly slow. And that is whether you are depositing money, or withdrawing money. What is the issue? Do you have a slow computer system? Update it if that’s the case. Workers who don’t know how to use the system? Get more training. There is no way that I should be waiting for over 15 minutes to complete my transaction, and that’s after waiting more than double that time for other customers to be serviced.

  We’ve been customers for a long time but this location in particular has a snail drive through. Even if I’m the only car there I still wait over 30 mins for a simple transaction like a loan payment or deposit. When there’s more then one car be prepared to wait 45mins to an hr.

  I was greeted with seems to be an attitude as to what did I need today ? I was needing to put some cash into my large bills small bills in some coins but the gentleman at the teller refused to except my coins mind you all of the coins were wrapped the same coins I had previously gotten from them but had received maybe about $200 too many in coins I simply cannot except the answer he gave me is they do not except that many coins I hate to think that it is personal because I don’t know the guy

  Had the best overall experience starting up a new account with Texas Trust. I look forward to moving all my banking needs over to Texas Trust. Customer Service was definitely 5 Stars. Big shout out to Tiffany Basher. She was super helpful, friendly, and professional. She even reached out afterwards to check on me. She made me feel at home.

  Please hire more help! We are not allowed in the lobby!! I was received and pointed away immediately by a black female lady. “Our lobbies are CLOSED!” “You need to make an appointment!”

  I was having a great experience with TXT until my card # was stolen. Now I am stranded without a card for up to TEN BUSINESS DAYS. What am I supposed to do until then? It takes 30 seconds to print out a card in the branch- but 10 business days to have one shipped? They need to get it together or provide an alternative way for people to pay for things since I am now stuck for 10 days with only what I have in cash.

  I have been going to the Grand Prairie, TX branch for many years and have always been treated with the upmost respect and valued as a customer. When entering the business establishment the tellers are always smiling and welcoming. I love that they are not uptight and rigid with the way they treat people. They are laid back, still do their jobs correctly, and are efficent. There is not much more you could ask from a bank.

  Was a customer at this bank for 10 years, every time there was a issue it was caused by the staff. And I didn’t even get so much as an apology. Will never make you feel like a valued customer. Closed my accounts.

  This is my bank and my branch. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. They go an extra mile to assist me in a very professional way. They have an excellent customer service and very hospitable. I receive personalized attention each time I walk in.

  I really like Texas Trust as a bank. Their services are top notch. But I was disappointed when I visited the Camp Wisdom Branch today and needed to change my child's diaper only to find no changing table. This should be standard in all your bathrooms.
