  Not many credit unions offer the service and knowledge Pricilla and the Team at the Oak Cliff & Grand Prairie Branches have. I’ve been impressed with the service I’ve received from day one. The time they take with each customer shows the dedication and values of a hard working group. My auto loans and car purchase have been handled without as much as 2 phone calls and boom it’s done. I can keep going...

  They was already closed when I got there but I had explained 2 the lady she was very nice her name was lizet and that I had just got off work n lost my card n just needed 2 get some money so I could go 2 the store n get food 2day so my kids would have stuff 2 eat and they was very understanding and helped me when they didn’t have 2

  The staff at the Bardin location is one of the most helpful group of people! They are very efficient and responsive to concerns. Jisenia, the teller, is also very quick and accurate in processing transactions and is very knowledgeable about products. I would highly recommend this credit union, especially this location.

  I came in yesterday because I was having an issue with a shared branching transaction. When I came in, Keenen greeted me and immediately began to work on my issue. He was very nice and polite, and very knowledgeable on what I needed to get done. I was confident and more knowledgeable when I left. He helped to make my day.

  I originally open my account online, and today decided to go in the branch to obtain a debit card! I was absolutely pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. The representative I met with went way beyond to inform me of what I signed up for provide basic credit building information that I could utilize being a member with NCU! He was professional, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable..Even when he went over my credit report and provide basic information about what was on it. I didn't feel judged or anything like that. I honestly feel like I became apart of a financial organization that cares about me the individual and not just another person that open an account. ****Special Thank you to Gerson he is the one that helped me.**** So if great customer services matters to you then NCU is the place for you!

  Jisenia Calderon has always been welcoming and friendly every time I’ve gone up to the bank, she also works pretty thoroughly and fast so she can have you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. 10/10 would recommend this bank and teller to friends and family.

  I bank with CAFCU but since I live close to neighborhood I come to this bank when needed and I always get the best service especially Brenda she is always polite and prompt. So thank you
