A WM5Texas Trust has helped me and my family with every service we have asked about with patient and knowledge. I know this may cause others to have longer wait times. Sometimes, I feel like I am taking up there time and other banks/credit unions might rush you along just to get to the next customer. But here, they make you feel like it is about quality not quantity. And the people here give us 5 star service every visit! So, when I do come and have to wait in line, I am not bothered...because I know that they are just taking good care of another member. And I have other options for almost every service that they offer, if I just cannot wait (online or over the phone or the ATMS). And I have visited at least 3 different branches and have had the same experience. Anytime there is an issue, they are very honest and straight-forward with us. Plus, I am always kept aware of what is going on with my accounts through a variety of different ways. All of this great service, without any of the traditional bank account monthly fees! That is why We are Texas Trust for life!

KS Brewer1Horrible customer service. Tried to transfer our credit union accounts from California to Texas. They kept asking for more verification. We brought everything we could need with us. Still no account. My guaranteed lifetime retirement check will find another credit union.

thearthistorygeek5I've used this bank for years. I started there as a preteen and have continued using them as a 20-something adult who now lives out of state. This branch has been particularly helpful in answering any odd or difficult questions I have had over the years. You should definitely put them on your list if you are shopping for a new bank in the DFW area.

Jason Murphy1I went to this branch to open up a checking account, was told they needed additional approval from a manager. Well today they never called etc, but anyways I ended up opening an account some place else. My tip if you promise to call a new customer back you should follow through with your word. I will never think about opening an account with them in the future.

lynn teeter1Don’t come here to open a account at this location My biggest issue I am a business owner I come in there to open a business account and they want me to do all of my business in front of everyone when I’m opening a business account I was confused about their demeanor poorly trained staff . I’m not saying they were rude or disrespectful in any manner they was polite is just their business practices needs to be adjusted. there is better locations with better experience. So I come back here and service even worse there was no one here been waiting for 20 mins People showing up and she taking care of else she already helped 3 people and I’m a Business class member so what’s up with this place I don’t get it

The management is unprofessional and doesnt even try to solve any problems... ONLY GAVE IT 1 START BC I HAD TO IN ORDER TO LEAVE A REVIEW...

Steve Bluhm3They changed my account years ago to one with monthly fees (didn't have them when I signed up) and it ate all the funds.
