  It is horrible experience. I have the account with this bank for more than 20 years and walk to their bank pretty much every weekday to deposit my checks. Today they told me I should not to looked into their employee's cars when I walk around their bank because they can see it from the camera. I even don't recall I have done that because most of time I am on the phone with my mom while walking there. I might look around the cars on the street while walking and chatting because we are interested in purchase another new cars soon. So when I talk to their supervisor, he said they need to concern about their security . This is the most ridiculous and humiliated thing I have ever heard. This is how they treat their loyal customer for more than 20 years. Their employee are usually indifferent anyway. Most of times the cashiers do their own stuffs or chatting among themselves that I need to ring the bell to get the services. This is the worst bank experience I have ever encountered. I won't put any money in their bank. I am so disappointed after being more than 20 years customers with them. They really should pay more attention in training their employee how to treat and talk to customers instead of watching their cars (maybe you should put a sign to tell customers NOT allow to watch their employee's cars, you only allow to walk directly to their bank without seeing any cars around, it is criminal.)

  I have been a member here for years. The service is always impeccable and their staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They always go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. When it comes to something as important as banking, I am so happy I made the choice to switch from Wells Fargo to THCU!

  THCU is the best bank in Austin! Maybe in the whole state! My debit card was compromised and used around town. Not only did THCU catch it after only 2 transactions and shut down access, they had the money back in my account in less than 30 minutes from my going in to fill out new paperwork. I also appreciate that they were able to print a new card for me on the spot. Cody was so kind and helpful! I am so pleased with the service I have received from every employee over the years!

  I have been a member of THCU for over 10 years and they have ALWAYS treated me so well. From reception to executive, they are all the nicest and most helpful people. I want to give special acknowledgement to Jessica Elizalde and Josh Beane who have been pivotal in helping me to maintain my financial well being and I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for me. If you are looking for a great place to bank, you need not look any further than the Texas Health Credit Union.

  These morons just cost me more than $1500 by interfering with a debt consolidation loan from American Express. They refused to confirm the existence of my account, even though Amex had my account number, me on the other line, and a desire to make a sizable deposit into my account. Also, I pay my Amex bill from this account every single month, so THCU and Amex already had a connection based on my paying bills though them. Great place for lemonade stand money but incapable of big boy banking. Lucky for them I am leaving town in the morning, so they get to keep me as a customer for one more week. But that is it. It will be a pain in my ass to rearrange my finances, but much less than counting on these guys to be repsonsible bankers. Up

  Amazing customer service! The many financial options they offer are right in-line with larger institutions but THCU goes the extra-mile in making you feel like they care, because they actually do!

  Very friendly and understanding bank. Josh was my loan officer. He was super helpful when he was processing my car loan and was patient with the paperwork.

  I've banked here since 1997. They know you by name, and they treat you like you are their favorite customer. Great credit union !

  I’ve been a member at thcu since at least 1970. I would never even consider banking any place else. The staff is wonderful. The service superb!
