  I have had the pleasure of knowing Jenni Rivera for 25 years and both Jenni and her team did a tremendous job helping me with my mortgage. I had several challenges pop up during the loan process that were on me, NOT NRL Mortgage and Jenni went above and beyond to assist me and get everything taken care of so that we could close on time.   Jenni Rivera and her team are fantastic! As a first time home buyer and single woman, the prospect of purchasing a home definitely felt daunting, but Jenni made the lending process so simple. I was provided with great training tools along the way that set expectations in advance and made each step clear. Plus, I was clear to close a full two weeks prior to closing!   Just did a refi on our home through NRL. Great customer service and their team was there every step of the way! Even included videos to set expectations and next steps! They were able to offer a better rate than any other broker out there and only took 3 weeks to close (even with COVID). Great experience and highly recommend Jenni's team! Thank you so much.

  Kyle Carrington is the man. I was working with another lender when I realized I wouldn't be able to afford the upfront cost of purchasing a home. As fate would have it, I got paired up with Kyle on the golf course. Long story short, I am currently writing this from my new home. Kyle and his team made the process as painless as possible and even closed in half the time any other lenders quoted me (which made my offer very competitive.) Kyle keeps it simple and direct. He makes sure you have a firm understanding of what you need to know and doesn't waste your time with the things you don't. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage.
