  I can't begin what it feels like to have someone you know you can trust and genuinely cares about the process of a mortgage or refi and how comfortable they make you feel. This is how Sarah Morris and Ashley Watson made us feel with our original mortgage and our refi. When the original mortgage was prepared it was streamlined and simple to handle for us. Paperwork was minimal. Sarah said that she would contact us when rates got lower for a great refi and low and behold almost two years later she contacted us to let us know it was the time to do it. Almost like we were on her desk the whole time. They did wonderful work and was even able to shorten the loan time while saving us money to boot. Would highly recommend Sente mortgage to handle your mortgage needs. It's almost like having family helping you along your experience of a world your just not familiar with . Huge Thanks to the team over there for all the help.

  I have used Josh Penland at Sente Mortgage for personal mortgage needs and have referred many of our real estate clients to him and his team. I have found him and his team to be reliable and helpful. I like that you can always get ahold of him, and he is willing to answer questions (even dumb ones). Over the years that we have used him, I don't recall a closing ever being delayed because of a mortgage issue.

  My husband and I recently purchased our first home and used Sente Mortgage as our Mortgage Lender. The timing of it all ended up being pretty stressful due to some unexpected situations in our family/personal life, not to mention the Austin market being difficult for buyers... I'd heard stories of the loan process, how grueling and painful it was, etc. So, needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised, relieved and grateful when it all came down to the wire and the Penland Team (Josh, Pat and April) made the whole home loan process simple and painless. I felt that they were all very professional, polite and helpful throughout the whole process. I absolutely recommend Sente Mortgage/Penland team to anyone searching for a great mortgage lender.

  My partner and I used Sarah Morris from Sente Mortgage lenders to buy our first home and it was a very pleasant experience! Sarah is trained in working with FHA home loans and down payment assistance which was very helpful to us as she had all the answers to our many questions and made it almost stress free (which is saying a lot for a first time home buying experience). I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Austin for the first or any other time.

  Chris and his team were phenomenal in helping us with a unique funding request. We needed a lot loan, then construction, then final VA mortgage. They helped us find a lender who was able to accommodate those needs, and checked in with us every step of the way. Great service.

  We worked with Josh Penland for the purchase of our home and he was the epitome of excellent customer service. Josh made it a point to answer all of our questions (and you'll have a million when you're buying a home) and returned all of our phone calls/emails. Even though Josh had a full plate, we always felt as if we were his highest priority when we spoke; he even came to the closing! When Josh wasn't available, any of the other Sente staff were more than willing to help us out. We did work with April Jones quite a bit and have to give her high praises as well. April was assigned the laborious task of making sure all of the i's were dotted and t's were crossed (which she pulled off effortlessly). If I had a complaint it would be against the secure e-document program they use which definitely wasn't as user friendly as other programs like DocuSign. All in all, I would whole heartedly recommend Sente Mortgage to anybody on the market. I have no doubt that others would experience the same excellent service we received.

  The Mortgage Lenders I worked with a Sente were terrific. My friends told me Sente was the best but being a "trust and verify" kind of guy, I compared quotes from three reputable companies; Sente beat them all. Not only were their prices competitive, they were transparent and responsive. I conduct most of my business through the internet and Sente allowed me to do everything online. I knew what I wanted and they customized the possibilities to what I was asking for rather then just showing me boiler plate options. I would not have changed anything about the experience.
