  I recently purchase a condominium with the help of Kevin Force and his team at Texas Family mortgage. I had already gotten a quote from Rocket Mortgage which seemed high. Kevin of Texas Family Mortgage was recommended by a friend who had already used his services. Kevin agreed to look over the numbers and tell me if it was a good deal or not. His response was quick and to the point. The closing cost and interest rate I had been quoted was too expensive. Kevin worked me up some preliminary numbers and I was very pleased. I got one other quote which was also higher on the closing cost and interest rate. Kevin is an extraordinary gentleman who went above and beyond what I expected. His dedication to people and relationships is above his desire for prosperity. He always answered my calls or responded back in minutes not hours or days.   I can not recommend Texas Family Mortgage enough. I initially reached out to NFCU thinking they would have the best VA mortgage rates. Texas Family Mortgage beat their rate by a significant amount and the cost of the loan was WAY cheaper. Kelly was a joy to work with. She kept me up to date on everything and was always available to explain any questions I had. If you're looking for a home loan, give these guys a shot. I would HIGHLY recommend.
