  I used the drive through and Diego was perfect. Friendly, efficient, informative and a fun persons to interact with. It is the second time he has helped me, and he was perfect the first visit as well. Excellent service!!

  Every visit I've had to this branch has been received by very nice and helpful employees. Due to COVID, the personal touch has been rendered via video when not at a window. During my most recent visit, Krystil, took care of my business. She was pleasant, energetic and handled my transaction quickly as well as offered other information regarding the bank and my accounts.

  Updated review: I originally reviewed them with one star. I probably should have been more patient in my dealing with them. I probably should not have rated them so low. But like any other human being, I was angry and wrote a critical review, which I will keep so you can consider it when you think about doing business with them. Once they read my review, they responded with a positive and concerned attitude and resolved the issue. I am updating my review to indicate 4 stars. Had this issue not come up, I would have rated them 5 stars. I just can't see dong that until I have another very positive encounter, which will probably be soon. Early review: I have been with Texans Credit Union for many years. They have usually been responsive, and we have resolved most issues. My father, who is getting close to 90 years old, sold his house. Because of his age, and tax penalties for giving gifts that the government has decreed excessive, he wrote a check for an amount Texans decided they got to pick when is available at some unknown future date and without explanation. Apparently, they couldn't call and verify funds, or take any other steps. Is it common practice to hold on to a check for as long as they wish - until they deign to make it available and am I supposed to bow before them in gratitude? My wife and I are pretty upset about this. Is it legal or ethical for them to keep my deposit until they decide I should get it? Is there a law saying they have to hold it? Or even that they can hold it? If so, why didn't they tell me? All I got they will release funds over time, and that I will know when it's available when they tell me it's available. They called my wife instead of me and satisfied her with their "explanation." However, I could hear the conversation, and it was not even close to an explanation. They only said they want to hold it to make sure it goes through. Why does that take a week or more? Why did they guilt trip my wife into waiting? I am deeply unsatisfied with this transaction. To be fair, I am usually very satisfied with their service and typically have no issues. When I've deposited larger checks in the past, the wait for funds is around 24 hours, as I recall. With a long history with the Credit Union, and the phone obviously working or they wouldn't have been able to call my wife, they could have verified funds.

  I love how they are always welcoming, and never seem pessimistic toward anything. The ATM machine at the drive through could be better, but then it is what it is.
