  I had just received my new credit card it was associated with my checking and it should have been associated with my savings account so CHAR she did a great job and help me hook up to the correct account

  Twice in the past few weeks my wife & I have had challenging banking scenarios that were solved with complete professionalism and courtesy by one of the Branch Managers, Yvette Taft. She was quite awesome in executing these complex banking requests & motivated us to share our awesome experience! Definitely superior customer service than most larger banks! RJB

  I opened up two vehicle loans through Texans. Jessica was my loan officer She was awesome. I'm in Central Texas and every time I called her she replied back fast as she could even during the horrible winter weather we were having. This was by far the best experience in buying vehicles and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life time. If you need a loan officer Jessica H. is you go to person. If her boss is reading this she needs a raise. Thank you Jessica.

  The Campbell branch was so helpful and amazing Tabitha had so much with a smile with us she took the time to get to know me and was very sweet. Yvette the branch manager was helpful as well as knowledgeable . Savannah the loan officer introduced herself and was nice as well

  Had a great experience at the TCU Campbell/75 branch today. The teller (Valerie), went above and beyond to resolve my issues. I’ve been a member for many years and absolutely love TCU!

  Most friendly people that help my great grandson open up a new saving account..Natalie Meyer need a employee day off for beening so nice. Hope she has a wonderful weekend. Oh yes the lady at customers desk was most excellent and nice as well

  Andrew Freeman is amazing ! My husband and I completed the application on Thursday and on Friday morning ! Andrew reach out to ask a couple of questions and by mid afternoon the deal was done,The communication and the response time was excellent ! Andrew you are Awesome!!! and a great asset to Texans.

  This is a review of my experience with a Mortgage Specialist only. I have banked with Texas Credit Union for about 10 years and I've not had any issues. We went through the pre-approval process for a VA mortgage loan and submitted all of our documentation. I reached out to Dana by phone and email several times. The only time that I received a response from her was when she left a voicemail telling us that we were denied. No information was provided on what we should do to get an approval in the future. As a long standing member of Texas Credit Union, I expected much better customer service and a more prompt response. I understand that it is not her fault that we were denied, but by her not providing next steps for us gives me the impression that Texas Credit Union is not interested in helping us with a VA mortgage loan ever.
