  Best customer experience, took the time to explain every step of the loan process and prepare me for what's next. Super friendly people in all and Jeff Brooks I recommend to anyone wanting to work with a super nice dude that knows his stuff. I always felt we were waiting on my buyers lender because Service First Mortgage was always one step ahead of anyone else. I would recommend and would use this company again tomorrow, if I needed to. Thanks Jeff Brooks for all your help and getting my family into our dream home.

  I had the best experience ever with Service First Mortgage. Heather and all the people who work with her made the whole process easy and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. They are extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and treat you with a lot of respect.   I would give First Service Mortgage a ten star if I could because they were awesome. They made the process easy and fast. I would highly recommend anyone to head first here. The whole crew was awesome made us feel at home and everyone is so kind, friendly, and patient. Just want to say Elvira Rodriguez thank you for everything and also to your loan assistance Shawn and Elisa you guys rock!!! Thank you, you all were a true blessing and we were so fortunate to find you guys!!!!

  John and his team really do go the extra mile! There are no dumb questions and you can ask them any time you need to. My wife gets off late, so the fact that John is flexible with phone calls worked out really well. He knew exactly what to do and when to do it, and he explained it in a way that people that aren’t in the finance world can understand. The man definitely earned his money on our house. A good work ethic and customer support is hard to find these days. John is your guy.

  This group truly lives up to their name, "Service First". From the first phone call, where I spoke with Natalee Davenport, to the closing of my new home loan, and throughout the whole process with Kathryn Guerrero, the process was smooth, seamless, speedy, top notch! I got a new home packet upon pre-approval with my pre-approval letter, all the info that they will need for loan documentation and even packing labels like "Kary and Jason's bedroom" So impressive! I tell anyone I know looking for a mortgage lender to check them out. I can't say enough good things about them! Even the underwriter, Jaime, was friendly and efficient! Thank you to the Service First Team, especially Kathryn, for the amazing experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A+++++

  I want to think that the loan officer I was referred to was new, otherwise, it is scary. Every time we talked he would tell me "the one last thing is needed is......." but then i would get another call asking me for something else. Even the day before the closing he sent me a test telling me he had not noticed that I needed $2,500.00 at closing and needed to bring the money with me!! I was livid and at the end I am not sure what he did and made it work. The lack of knowledge and miscommunication and lies compared to other 4 closings I have had in my life is what made me write this review.

  I have to say the first 2 weeks were great. Then no communication from my loan officer Cordell. And since then I have had my closing date pushed back not one but twice now. I have already asked for an extension once at my current residence and now here I am having to ask for the whole month instead because I have no idea what is happening as no one in Service y will answer or return calls. This is beyond frustrating and so unprofessional. Came to them because of a recommendation read review yet here we are with the worst possible outcome. All im asking for is communication.

  I'm feeling a little betrayed by this company. They were a great help in securing my loan and getting me through closing but they didn't even wait a month before selling my loan to a different company. I wanted my loan servicing to be close and not to an unfamiliar company in California.

  I had a great experience with Robert Jones at Service First Mortgage. He was responsive, and clear in his communication with us. I plan to use him again if purchasing another home in the Dallas area.
