  I closed on my home almost a year ago and I can say that I still recommend Gracie and her team everyday. As a first time home owner I had a few questions and they were able to take time out of their busy schedule to assist. A1 customer service! This review is way over due but during my closing experience everything was stress free and a smooth process. Everyone on the team was extremely responsive when it came to emails/calls/texts. They were very detailed with their explanations and all the paperwork was prepared and processed online until actual closing day. From start to closing day it probably took like 2 weeks. I find it crazy to know that it takes 2-4 months for some mortgage lenders to close! I am an official cheerleader for Gracie Morrow Mortgage Group! Yay I love everyone here y’all are doing a phenomenal job, keep it up!

  My experience with Gracie Morrow and her team was a really good one. Gracie and her team made it easy for me to close the transaction.   Getting financing shortly after retiring can be trickier than I expected. We had a very complex mortgage, combining multiple loans, and they worked through every detail with great skill and patience, explaining everything as they went along.   I first contacted Gracie Morrow at Guardian Mortgage at 4:40 pm on a Friday afternoon after finding the perfect house earlier in the day. Numerous other buyers were also very interested and I knew that getting this house would require swift and efficient efforts. Within two hours, Gracie prepared an approval letter before she left town for the weekend. I was able to submit a contract prior to mid-night. Thanks to Gracie's diligence and continued assistance through the process, we closed on the house earlier this week!
