  Just wrapped up my closing this week with Brian. From start to finish - he was there every step of the way. He always took the time to explain any detail that I didn’t understand and gave his best recommendations based on my needs. He was able to not only beat any other offer I got from other brokers, but he was lower than any competitor even when not paying points. My house was a brand new build and required extra attention to detail but Brian and his team did not miss a beat.   Tewes Lending did an amazing job throughout the purchasing and closing process of buying my first property! Great communication every step of the way including when closing date was unfortunately forced to be delayed 3 days (due to HOA slowness). Brian and his team were amazing! Great follow up to Title company and Tewes Lending handled a lot themselves. (plus best interest rates, I shopped around and Tewes by far the best). GREAT TO WORK WITH 😊

  The Tewes team is top notch. I highly recommend Demie and Brian for your lending needs. Their whole team is beyond hilarious - check their TikTok channel. The best part of going with Tewes for me was knowing you have an expert on your side making sure the home buying process, which is typically very stressful and overwhelming, goes smoothly and most importantly a memorable experience.
