Frank Camacaro5Reshma Kapersaud was wonderful!! I'm Frank, and I came today with Raquel to get her new Credit Card. Unfortunately at our time of arrival we didn't had all the right documents for the appointment. So she waited for us to get our stuff ready in order to start. She was a sweetheart, and made our experience smooth and without complications (Also Raquel got approved!). Again, wonderful job from Reshma!
Response from the ownerHi, Frank. Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^jahel

alison krieg1If I could give 0 stars I would. First, there are institutional/logistical issues of BoA that I experienced. Their website has no detailed info on exactly what documents they notarize. I tried calling (local banks and 1-800) for the answer and/or to schedule an appointment and could never reach anyone. Then, there were no available appointments through online scheduling for MONTHS at any Orlando locations. Finally, had to physically go in to schedule an appointment (for a different time) and ask if they could notarize our documents. We were scheduled for an appointment and assured our documents could be notarized. When the time came for the appointment, the two women there weren’t sure if the documents could be notarized. We were upset, obviously as we took time out of our days and drove from opposite side of town, with my elderly father. Finally, met with the notary and she was blatantly rude and either playing dumb so as to not help us or is just completely inept at her job. Told us we needed a notary AND witness for each person for each document. I cannot imagine that’s true in any way. She’s a horrendous employee. And I was proven right again: Bank of America is an awful institution.

Colonel Ruckus1Just a warning to Bank of America customers. Bank of America’s associates will play with your account and make changes without your permission. If you want a more secure account I’d recommend anywhere else. The people that work here are crummy people that go out of there way to make banking a problem.
Response from the ownerHi Colonel. We'd like to find out more about your experience. Please connect with us on our servicing platforms on Twitter at https://twitter.com/BofA_Help or Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BankofAmerica. ^susan

T mcm1Worst bank lied to me about when funds would be available then placed them on hold
Response from the ownerHello. In most cases, we strive to provide next business day availability for check deposits. However, when the decision to place a hold is determined at a later time, a Notice of Hold is mailed no later than the close of the business day following the business day on which the hold was placed. The notice lists the reason for the hold, the amount that’s being held, and when the funds will be available. The notice can also be viewed online under the Statements & Documents tab in "Notifications and Letters". ^izzy
