  Terry helped my husband and I with our first home purchase 3 years ago and most recently with refinancing that same home. Terry and his team are on point! We never would have gotten our dream home without Terry pushing so hard for us! We used my VA loan to initially buy our home and that was a hassle in itself. I was calling Terry multiple times a day for updates and he took my calls every single time and was working endlessly on his end to make sure things were happening. If you're a slacker when it comes to getting things done, Terry will light that fire because he is not playing games! Every part of the buying process was explained to us clearly, every person on his team are amazing and so dedicated. Our calls, emails and texts are answered promptly even today!   Although you kind of feel like they are intruding in your business (which they are), I have to say it is well worth it.. Terry made sure from start to finish that we were able to close! Not only that, but, you close alot sooner than you could imagine! Get ready to lower (or get a new mortgage) from the king himself! Thank you Terry!
