  We would highly recommend VIP Mortgage for all loan needs. They are professional and courteous, but more than that, Jon is on top of communication through the whole process. We took Jon’s suggestion to hold off locking our rate to allow him to get the best rate for us. We were able to lock in at an unbelievable rate and saved ourselves a whopping $375 per month on our mortgage!   We’ve been working with Jon Crawford since 2010 when we first purchased our home and have continued to work with him on our 3 or 4 refinances. Most recently we worked with him on a refinance that closed 9/3/19. We wanted to pull some cash out to remodel our bathrooms. Jon worked with us to get the best rate and payment possible.
