  We had an amazing experience with Terri and Intercap lending in general. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and needed a lot to be explained to us. Terri was patient and willing to help us understand everything that we needed and wanted to know about the process. There was no pressure involved, and she just wanted to make sure that we always felt comfortable with what was happening. We bought our home and then refinanced all through her and she was great. Highly recommend her whether you are first time like us or have been through the process a couple times. She even was with us when we signed our refinance papers (even though she didn't have to be) just to make sure that we felt comfortable.

  I had such a great experience with Terri at Intercap. I bought a new build that took a few months to complete after my offer was accepted. She stayed on top of everything through that time. She was easy to contact, patient with my ‘first time buyer’ lack of knowledge throughout the process, worked hard to make sure I was getting the best rate and pushed for a quick process from the seller. I have zero complaints and would suggest her and Intercap to anyone in the market. 10/10!!
