  Hunter was a great resource during the process of purchasing my first home. He was very thorough, laying out everything to expect cost-wise, up front and accurately. He was available at all times of day, which I appreciated. Buying a home is a huge financial decision and it helped to have someone in my corner, in which I thought had my best interests in mind. What I appreciated the most, was that he helped me get creative in my offers, letting me know the impacts of certain nuances in a home offer. In the crazy Denver housing market, I thought this was critical and honestly, it eventually lead to me landing my first home. Definitely would recommend using Hunter!

  I've referred a number of clients to Hunter. All very happy! This was my first where Hunter and his team did 3 loans for me at once. My income is bizarre, my CPA is a genius; the perfect combo for a challenging (to say the least) loan to underwrite. I truly believe most lenders would have said, "Sorry" and moved on. Not Hunter and his team. They worked hard to make it happen and the process was SO much easier for me (not the case for them!) to go through. Thank you to Hunter and Nicole!   OUTSTANDING!!! Hunter and his team were able to free up our VA loan within 24 hours of closing on one house for another and they made the entire process seamless! This was our second time using Hunter and we have no regrets and will continue to use him as long as he is around (which we hope is FOREVER!). Even with wedding planning and honeymooning during our closings, the team got everything done!
