Lee Bond II3Our first couple of visits to Princeton Glendale were good. Then earlier this week we travelled 20 minutes to bring my son's ID because they made an error setting up his checking and debit account. Although we arrived 10 minutes before they closed, greeted as soon as we walked in, and waited until 5, we we were told we'd have to come back or make an appointment as it would take too long to open a new account. If someone had been available, I disagree. My son's info is on file, all they previously communicated needing was to update his I.D. and transfer his funds from savings. It was the first time we were treated like our time was of 0 importance and we were expendable numbers, not people. And they wanted to argue that they had sent notives my son did not respond to. That's true as he created a new secondary email he is not used to checking, still attends school full time, and for financial reasons is not yet driving. But, we did as instructed after our in office vist the prior Saturday! The point was moot, and insulting to our intellect. 'Something neither of us will soon forget.

Tracey Schneider1Terrible since Chaco merged with Telhio. I was at Chaco for almost 30 years, best all around. We have tried to get used to Telhio but it’s terrible. Since day one on the website, you can’t click on a check image to see a check. It never has worked, Chaco worked for decades. So you have to call and have someone look it up for you. This doesn’t make them happy campers. Website never learns security, requires painstakingly setting and selecting login and non bot puzzles to get a glimpse of your account. We already moved mortgage and heloc, just need to move the basic accounts to Emery. Chaco was so much better. I miss their management, customer service and website functionality

Mark Rosenquist1Chaco was outstanding. Telhio is a joke. I have a personal loan I started with Chaco in March of 2017 that is paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. When Telhio took it over they changed the payment schedule to my off pay weeks which caused me to incur late fees. I had to call several times to get this resolved and even had to make an extra payment to get the fees to stop which I should not have had to pay because it was THEIR fault. One person there was finally able to get this figured out and get the late fees reversed. Once these loans are paid I will be closing my Telhio account.

Jason Bash1CHACO transitioned to Telhio and it's been a very painful transition. I had to resolve several differences between what was once (CHACO) and the new Telhio. The Automated Bill payer has been my biggest pain point. I had everything automated thru CHACO; but, the transition over to Telhio has lost some nice features within their bill payer. The Bill payer is a 3rd party vendor and separate from Telhio - I had a situation with insufficient funds and I had to reimburse Telhio's Bill payer since their payments supposedly pays the bill before withdrawl; but, although I resolve the insufficient fees, paid the Bill payer the amount that was supposedly paid, and worked to reactivate my bill payer privileges - (received the receipt of this payment) - my credit card never received payment. The "payment guarantee" was nothing special - I corrected the issue myself with my credit card company and had to deal with the hassle of Telhio with identifying their faults of their system. Also, the wait time for support was awful. To correct an issue with Telhio - just expect to be on Hold and then dealing with issues with their Bill Payer - Expect a min of 15 - 20 mins for each resolution. I was with CHACO for over 15 years; but, this transition over to Telhio has been painful - my consumer confidence has been lost and so has my loyalty. Looking at transitioning over to KEMBA credit Union..

Savvy1Not Happy that you guys merged or have business contract. Here is my very solid reason " Horrible at their services. I wanted to refinance my car loan from CarMaxx to these guys within 3 days of my car purchase. I approached Chaco Credit Union (Telhio credit company for loans) on second day, July 16th 2018 they said they had completed the whole refinancing, made us sign a whole bunch of documents. I even made payments. After more than a month (literally yesterday August 23rd 2018) I discover they messed up. They wanted me to go through whole Jazz again today (Aug 24th 2018) with Larger Finance Amount(approx. $2500 more) and monthly payments larger than Carmax. How did they manage to come with such Logic. God Knows. My point they are not trustworthy in anyway and definitely unethical in every way. They not only caused financial pain but also unnecessary stress, wasted a lot of my time."

Brandon Collins2Wanted to reach out to a lender specialist at Chacco for a car loan inquiry. Tried to call them for a couple of months to speak to someone, went through the automated prompt every time and was put on hold for 10-15 mins at a time with no one picking up the phone. I have used them before in the past and would like to use them again, but can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Extremely difficult to reach someone trying to call.

Ryan Lindy5There were a couple of hiccups in the transition from Chaco to Telhio, but overall Telhio is pretty good. I prefer Chaco though.
