      Highly frustrated that this location no longer makes onsite debit cards. My card had identity theft and had to be cancelled and I now have to wait 7-10business days for a new card. All my bills are due and will be late waiting on my card. All my friends say there bank has onsite cards. I love Kemba but this is truly an inconvenience to your customers. I'm considering changing my paycheck to a different bank to ensure I don't have to deal with this type of inconvenience in the future. Bring back onsite cards or I'm switching to a financial institution that has the option. I'm not doing this again.

      Megan at the front was very rude since the beginning. Did not even greet me. Worse customer service at a bank I have ever experienced.

      Before the merger, it was always easy to reach someone at this location. Now you wind up on hold for exceedingly long times (30 minutes? Really?) for the simplest requests. For people that only have a few minutes to spare during their workday, it is a huge inconvenience. I understand there are high call volumes, but something doesn't seem right. Not only that, when I applied for a loan, no one called me to discuss anything. I went for several days before I had to follow up myself. Additionally, our banking records did not transfer in the merger. I sincerely hope these problems will be corrected soon.

      I wanted to like this credit union. But their consistent inability to negotiate on loan costs, combined with their disdain for customer service leaves me no choice but to take my banking needs elsewhere. I’ve never spent so much time on the phone and via email waiting for information. If you need even the most basic information via telephone you’ll be on hold for 40 minutes - bare minimum. If you don’t mind wasting your time, open an account. But if you do value your time and sanity, find another bank/ credit union.

      We've had our car loan for 4yrs with Kemba. We've never been to, or spoken with anyone from, Kemba, until today. I called for a payoff. I got the nicest person on the phone.! She had the greatest phone voice I've ever heard.! I thought she was a recording.! Anyways, extremely friendly and helpful.! Will be visiting a branch this week to pay off our loan. Exciting.!

      This is literally the worst bank to deal with use any option but them. I have tried to set up my automatic payment 3 times with them for a new truck I bought the first time the completely lost it. Second time the manager did it and set it up the wrong day and the third time they lost it again. I’m gonna refinance my loan just so I don’t have to deal with Kemba.

      Almost came here for banking seevices today but everyone says stay away, poor customer service. Get the reviews up and I might consider, till then no go sorry.

      Card got declined for an online purchase through Home Depot/PayPal and they never called me to tell me. Shut my card off and never told me. I’m still working with PayPal to get the hold taken off my card. No after hours support. Closes at 1 on a Saturday and sends you to a voicemail... in 2020. I’d rather just work with a credit card company. Unreal. Bank here at your own risk.

      I bought a motorcycle 2 months ago and financed through Kemba CU. After making my first payment, I decided it wasn't the bike for me. I traded it in. The following month they took a payment out of my checking. I called and called and called and discovered you can't actually speak with anyone without sitting on hold for at a MINIMUM 10-15 minutes. Well, I finally got through to someone and explained the situation. They said I could get my money out using a partner Credit Union. That part went smooth. However, they said I needed to fill out a form to discontinue automatic payments and close the account. I gave them my email address, they said they would send it to me. They never sent it. Two days later, I call and wait in the crazy que, finally speak with someone...I explain the situation, and they again, take my email address and say they will send me this documentation via email so that I can close/discontinue the account. I still haven't received ANY emails from them. This is getting ridiculous. I don't have hours and hours every week to wait on hold only to get ignored. My request is very simple, and their follow through is absolutely non-existent. Will never recommend them to anybody I know, nor will I do business with them again.

      The worst. I bought a new car and this was the place the car dealer went through. I always do on line so I know the payment goes through and plus I live an hour away. Had problems setting up the account and had to call. Then everytime I made payment it would go into my savings that they Required me to have instead of to my payment. Then I would have to wait 3 days to move it. After 3 months of that I decided to refinance with a local bank. Then I had to wait 2 weeks and several phone calls to get the $400 excess from the payoff.that the credit union owed me. I don't care what their rates are I'd NEVER work with them again.
