      We are long time members, but we had an amazing experience while getting a car loan for our daughter. Patty Fowler treated us extremely well and she was so very helpful with the entire process! We can't say enough good things about her!

      I've been a customer here since the early 90's. I've always been happy - has a great loan department. My only complaint about this branch is the ATM. It's incredibly difficult to get your vehicle in there, as the ATM is inset into the wall rather than protruding??

      I had a very negative situation happen with funds coming and going that resulted in an overdraft. This is a pocket change account that I use as a supplement to my primary bank. My primary bank would typically hold small amounts or cover the small amount rather than take an NSF fee and return the EFT unpaid. The EFT took a few days to post and a deposit took one day longer than expected to post. This was inconvenient, but Dakota at TCU was kind enough to at least refund my NSF fee in light of this unique situation. If you are using this as not a primary bank, I would definitely invest in overdraft protection if you can afford that based on the balance I normally carry I cannot as I am disabled. I would definitely recommend the young lady that I spoke to as she helped resolve this.

I do know we have had multiple communications issues at the Republic, MO office this week (phones going down, internet offline etc.) so I do not know if that was a factor in this situation or not.
