  These guys are the best. I’ve purchased a number of items from them. The most recent a Seekins rifle. It’s awesome. Always fair pricing and terrific customer service. Rod, Bryce and Josh were very knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended a scope and range finder and helped me get them set up. I highly recommend Family 1st Pawn.

  GREAT SHOP AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have purchased many firearms, jewelry, and other items from this store over the years. Rod, Bryce, and Josh are excellent to deal with. These guys are fair, and honest. I recently purchased a Seekins Rifle from them. I am very impressed at the quality of my new rifle as well as the delivery time from when I ordered it. I actually received the rifle sooner than the time frame I was quoted. I will continue to refer family and friends to them, in fact the day I received my new Seekins rifle I showed it to a friend and he bought one as well.

  Be careful with this pawn shop they will lie to you whenever you call to ask them a couple questions to get you into the store and then once you're in the store they will load all your price and only take certain things. I asked him if they bought sterling silver they said yes I got in the store and they said they didn't buy it. I don't much appreciate being lied to if I could give this store at zero Stars I would definitely do it. Sellers beware

  Shannon, I hate to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. Please allow me to explain our position a bit further. Sterling silver does not have the value that Gold does so it is difficult to purchase it if you have just a couple of small pieces. Many times the cost to write the ticket is more than the value of the silver ring or necklace. There was never an intent to lie to you. WE WANT to buy all that we can from you but sometimes it just doesn't make sense. I hope this helps you understand our position a bit better.

  The store was very clean and organized - not the typical looking pawn shop from my experience. They had a wide selection of merchandise but staff was more condescending than friendly. The Silencer Shop kiosk is a great option for someone interested in purchasing a suppressor.

  Have been here multiple times and bought a variety of things from firearms to a laptop and everything has been very high quality. When you walk in you can tell it is a very family friendly store. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable of the things they are selling.

  This is an AMAZING store! Rod, Sam, and the rest of the staff are equally amazing! Before you buy anything new, please go check their selection out. You will not be disappointed. I promise you! If you don't have the money right at that moment, ask them about their layaway plan. Rod and staff, thank you for giving everyone a chance to put something beautiful in their lives who might not have that chance if it weren't for people like you all!

  I went in to pawn my generator and it wouldn't start. The staff helped with enough fuel to get it started. The employees here are fantastic! They have a solid business ethic and a genuine concern for people. I truly appreciate how hard they worked to help me without sacrificing business ethics.

  I love going into Family First Pawn! I am consistently purchasing items for my business, my home and gifts for my friends and family. Their selection, knowledge and price on their guns cannot be beat! The store is very clean and the staff knows what they are doing. They have a top of the line jeweler who can make custom pieces. Rod and his staff treat you like family. It is always a wonderful experience!

  *Professional yet very caring* I had to pawn an important piece of family jewelry, lost my job and was unable to make payments. I didn't call, otherwise they would've made arrangements to hold it longer. I went in today and my ring had defaulted. As I held back tears the employees searched for my ring but it had appeared to have been sold. They continued to search and found it. They cleaned it and it looked better than the day my grandpa gave it to my grandma in 1954! This isn't just a pawn shop. These are people running a business that understands that life happens. Hopefully, I won't have to pawn anything ever again. However, if I do, it's going to be with Family First Pawn because they balance good business practice with humanity. Thank you FFP!

  Let me tell you how they will scam you out of a gun real quick. I pawned my 1911 here at family first pawn, Came in before my payment was due to get it back They denied my payment and told me I had to pass a background check to get my own property back And that It could take a month To process.. So I put my money back in my wallet and waited for them to give me a phone call Well today a year later I called to check on the status of my gun That I had forgot about and I hadn’t passed the background check and they sold my gun lmao After some dumb bimbo failed to tell me that I had to have a background check in the first place and never called me to tell me my background check didn’t clear apparently? I own 8 guns and just passed to buy the gun in the first place too.. Family first pawn is a sure joke and I’ll be telling 100s of people every day How crooked they are but it’s just $100 to file in Civil Court lol better hope the judge likes pawn shop owners 👌

  Sorry Jonathan but you were denied a gun through the background check. My hands are tied. We cannot give you a gun back after you pawn it if you get denied by the government to have one. Once you get this cleared up with them we will be happy to pawn or sell you a gun.
