  I Love Telcoe so much their still my #1 Bank, even after moving to Texas. I've had nothing less than A1 service with them. Very personable Bank. My favorite employee is Trixie. As a senior it's important to feel valued and shown patience. My advice to those with bad experiences, try putting out good and good will come back to you. That's a fact!!! 💜 For the record, I don't have a whole lot of money but I'm treated as you think a millionaire would be treated. Doesn't matter what walk of life you come from you're treated the same, with Respect. It's nothing for my Banker to call to see how I'm doing. Moving from one state to the next can be stressful, not for me Trixie took care of everything. I have never had one bad experience withe anyone at the downtown office. Get to know your Banker, it would make a world of difference.Telcoe you Rock!!! 💜

  This credit union is horrible from teller, customer service, making deposits to accepting responsibility for not adequately and timely correction of problem. The branch manager and her staff is very unprofessional. This branch wants to disclose that I'm not a customer of theirs instead of being resourceful. If I'm making transactions with your company then I am a customer regardless. Please let your CEO Sarah, know how poor and dissatisfied with your unreasonable and unresolved quality of service you have shown towards me.

  Ms. Burley, we don’t show you are an account holder with Telcoe Federal Credit Union. We are sorry to hear you had an error when making your deposit. Unfortunately, non Telcoe members using our ATM machines would need to contact your bank/credit union directly. Each financial institution has separate policies and procedures on how ATM deposits are processed and how corrections are handled. Once you have keyed in your information into the ATM for your transaction the only way to make a correction would be to contact your home financial institution to correct any errors made. If we can assist in contacting your financial institution to resolve please contact our ATM balancing department please at 501-375-5321.

  I just financed my 2nd car with telcoe. Melissa is absolutely amazing and kind, but she also can get the job done. The dealership I was dealing with let me drive off the lot without secure financing on the vehicle, and didn't try until telcoe had me financed in less than an hour. Then the dealership wanted my business. From this point on , if a new car is ever purchased, telcoe will be who I go through. Such a pleasure dealing with them!

  The worst bank. The most pointless credit union. If you’re looking for a new bank, RUN AWAY! Outrageous fees and very little benefits, you can’t use Apple Pay or Zelle, there is always some kind of obstacle when it comes to them. There are way better credit unions. Don’t put your money here. The customer service is also horrible and they can’t solve a problem if it was 2+2.

  Worst bank EVER!!! Card always declines when money is available, Unrealistic limits on YOUR money, no customer service after hours for emergencies and no "real" overdraft protection. Only banking with them because it was my husband's bank so I decided to join with him....worst decision I have made thus far. 😡😡

  Telcoe you can't remain competitive when your business hours are supposedly 7:30-4:30 but when you call the numbers listed it sends you to the automated system. Very hard to get a live person on the phone. So you have to always wait for them to open and drive to one of few locations.

  I enjoy going to the bank and depositing money...They downtown branch werent able to give me a thousand dollars in ones but i guess it understandable it was closing hour, so now im headed to the bank to get a thousand dollars in 5's...

  Don't use this institution for savings Their egregious fees will eat up your money with no warning until you get a statement that your account is closed
