  They are willing to help always. One teller took the time to explain services to me where I could understand. I'm a happy clients for more than a decade. They help clear up problems with your account when things go wrong which saves you money. They have a program to help increase your credit that helps so many people which helped me. They are always creating new ways to assist their clients like new debit card has your information on the back of card that way no one can see it or copy it. Which makes it much safer.

  I always enjoy going to Ar. Fed Credit Union. The bank employees are pleasant, service oriented and focused on outcome. They go out of their way to help execute the customer ‘s requests. I really appreciate this bank and their courteous and prompt service.

  Although I moved to Texas a few years ago, I kept my account with AFCU because they are always so helpful and friendly, unlike some of the banks I’ve dealt with in Texas. Whenever I need anything the AFCU employees are always happy to help.

  Needed a personal loan without any collateral. I filled out all the forms online through email and was successful in acquiring a Pesonal Signature loan. Used electronic signature and all paperwork was through emails. They were very helpful and thoughtful with my needs. I'm very glad I used them. I have a small savings account there where they get there monthly payments through auto drafting.

  Great service at front desk and drive thru plenty of workers. Not sure why other reviews were negative. Checked into refinancing my car 0.99% rate and they were very quick and made the process simple and easy. The branch is new, has modern furniture and inside is very nice.

  This place it's only beneficial for the members. Really great customer service but they can't do anything if you're not a member. That includes basic stuff too.

  Very slow even though it's never busy. But on the bright side it's convenient.
