  We cannot say enough good about Ted Turcsanski. He took our hands and guided us through the loan process from first call to final close. He was available (even when I needed to call him after hours) to answer any questions. I wanted to run through multiple lending scenarios, and Ted was there to consult and advise at every turn (even on his family vacation—sorry Ted 😄). If you want white glove service, Ted is your man!

  Ted had been working with me 5 months before I got out of service when not one else would want to help because I was too many months far out, he was super helpful and extremely professional at all times he would answer any questions I would have at anytime. Very knowledgeable and experienced with VA loans and a fast closing time-line. He will do anything in his power to make sure that you are able to close on your dream house. Usually never do reviews about anything but Ted definitely earned it.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Ted and his team! They were very professional and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had along the way. We were very happy with the rate they found us and were able to close on our loan quicker than anticipated.   Ted was great through the whole process being very professional and quite resourceful with all our questions and doubts. Something very important for us was that he was an step ahead in every millstone of the process, making the process seemingly simple and easy.   I went though Integrity for my very first home and i can tell you all, Ted has been so awesome to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure i understood everything about the mortgage process even when his part of the loan process was complete. I'd definitely choose him again whenever i plan on getting another home.

  I called three different companies when deciding who to use for my refi. Ted was the cheapest by about $400. Then, he went the extra mile towards then end when he pointed out that we were overpaying for our home owners insurance. He found us a company that will save us about $800 per year. He was awesome! I’d recommend him to anybody.

  Ted has shown integrity and follow through as I've closed each of my loans with him. He is persistent and knowledgeable. He also really has reached out in a personal way to check on me and my family throughout the loan process. He's a class act.
