  Carol with Integrity Lending is an absolute professional! She did everything humanly possible to help me get the best interest rate and affordable payment. She completely went above and beyond anything she was required to do. She even came to my closing appointment, I've never seen a loan officer do that.   It’s taken almost 5 months to refinance through integrity, and yet still nothing. We wanted to refinance a house that has over 120k of equity into it just to re-do the bathroom. Yet we have had to pay out of pocket for appraisals and a second apraiser, and a mold inspector for the very bathroom we wanted to re-do. We finally said screw it and payed out of pocket to gut and re-do the bathroom ourselfs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to finance through here, too much wasted time and money. I should have never wasted my time and just payed out of pocket to finish the bathroom.

  I had a great experience with Integrity First Lending. I worked alongside Scott on getting a mortgage on our first home and the process seemed almost flawless. He answered my calls and my questions, and they were super fast getting all the paperwork to me. They were even able to do same day funding which helped us get into our new home even quicker. We would undoubtedly do business with them again.

  After a lot of research on lenders we decided to apply for a loan through Integrity First Lending and we couldn't be any more happier with the service we received!! It was absolutely delightful to work with them! Getting a house is a stressful process but Anna Dunn, Cherise Gonzaba and Jennifer Clayton at Integrity guided us through the entire loan process and were very helpful in collecting the paperwork and giving us all the information required to make the best decision. The agent that I worked with, Tori has been by far the best person I have dealt with through out this whole stressful home buying situation.
