And it was actually a lot easier to get approved with a good rate than I expected. Tori is very responsive and was available to answer questions morning, noon and night.   Tori and the team at Integrity First Lending have been absolutely amazing assisting me in purchasing my home. Tori especially went above and beyond helping me the whole way, from being very responsive to me and my agent at all times of the day, to being very quick about providing updated loan scenarios, watching rates for me before locking in, and answering last minute day-of-closing questions. I threw her in for a loop when I decided I wanted different loan terms after having processed the first one, and she had nothing but a cheerful disposition the whole time.   As a first-time homebuyer in 2018, I had SO MANY questions. Tori answered everything thoroughly and in a way I could understand. I worked with several lenders, and Integrity had the same or better rates/terms. Tori easily beat every other loan officer hands down in terms of her honesty, timely communication, and willingness to educate. My closing went easily, ahead of schedule.
