  Can't believe they actually Make you come inside if want want to withdraw over $1,000 dollars of your own money, they will not let you use the drive up window, even though they know you have been a long-time Customer and there is a Pandemic running rampant!!!!! They want to add to their customers and employees exposure to the virus instead of being smart, what kind of people are running this place! Will pull my money out and put in a Bank!

Our Branch Managers were unaware of this incident and will be looking into it further. Yes..this is our policy, however other options are available during this pandemic.
