  I had the worst experience here! I was racially profiled and denied to open an account because my paystub did not show the location where I work at. Presented all the forms they asked for from W2, DL, State, and 2 recent Paystubs! I work for a major Telecommunication company. What major company would put the store address of the store location i work at on my paystub?? Makes no sense! This was Poor customer service! To top it off I called the location after I left and asked what I need to bring they said DL and a recent paystub! unacceptable!

  Hi Jose. I am sorry that your experience was less than desirable. I spoke with our branch manager and it appears that we did not do a good job of explaining what items were needed for identity verification and why. We should have made sure you understood the process when visiting in-branch as well as during your follow-up phone call. Tech Credit Union is community chartered, which allows us to only accept new members who live or work in the communities in which we are approved to serve. Our branch staff was needing additional information to qualify you and that is why they were trying so many different avenues to find membership eligibility.   My experience with Tech Credit was great! I was referred to them by my loan agent , I wanted to refinance my car. Annette was wonderful! She explained everything to me and was so patient with me I had tons of questions..lol I definitely will refer others to Tech Credit Union. I was very pleased with them !

  It was a great experience!! David one of the advisors was awesome he was nice, helpful and gave good advice on the things you needed to know about the company. If your deciding to open up an account with them contact David he will make sure you have a friendly experience 😊

  Terrible place to go, People attended I have not skills, to deal with a customers they are lazy, probably good for working Walmart

  I went in to the branch not knowing it is only taking appointments. I sat in the lot and seen no one going in. I was held up for over 3 hours going through their process that usually only takes under an half hour. That's also with my leaving and coming back. Very ridiculous! I'm tired of covid being used for people not wanting to do or doing their jobs! Very upset to say the least!

  The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, I have belonged to a credit union before and was not judged by my credit score in order to get a loan. The credit score standards are higher than getting a credit card. Was disappointed.

  A customer service representative open up me a new checking & saving account. She was very polite and patience and if I had a question she able answer it.

  In the Tech Bank cal city 16 people in line. 1 teller.. the manger walk pass we ask for help He threw up his hand and kept walking Today 10/13/17 been in line since 420 pm
