      I have been an member at this credit union since 2003 NEVER””” Had a problem with anyone at this bank . Claudia is lovely & great to talk to & Their LOANS ! has a GREAT low interest rate & I just refinanced my auto last year WITH ROBERT! WHO IS GREAT TO TALK TO BY THE WAY & my rate was so low that I went from paying 483 to 338 with them & was able to get a loan on top of that to get my roof done on my home! IF YOU DONT BANK HERE SOMETHINGS WRONG WIRH YOU! Deanna hated to see you go””” But the other ladies are very nice & helpful that has carried on in your place!

      My Grandmother has been a member for years so my Juan’s and I decided to open an account with them as well, the staff at the window Deanna & Pam are amazing they know their guest by first and last name but always use/call members by last! They absolutely make you fill like family every time you walk up the stairs and through the glass doors. Keep up the amazing work ladies!

      Never had any issues here. Low interest rates on lowns and credit cards.

      Management is very rude and not helpful at all. They would rather argue with a "member" or soon to be member than help find a solution to a problem. My family has been with this CU over five years and wouldn't help with an account due to a managers 'discretion.' We will be changing establishments as soon as we are able to the management. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

      !I have been a member for over 5 Yeats. I have had the best customer service Experience. Better than any financial institution I have ever been with, including banks. I give them 10 stars !¡!!
