  I imagine that all quicken loans are connected. I was never told what branch was serving or lack there of this horrible loan process. I was under the impression that quicken/ rocket loans were a well run professional loan company. My main complaint is that, I was never told the process of quicken loan. I submitted everything needed from me within 30 minutes of connecting with quicken. I withdrew my application in the seventh week IMAGINE. If expectations were told to me at the beginning I would still be waiting for them to finish. I contacted the agent that took all my information at the beginning and a week later I sent him an email and the response I got was "call this number and ask them". Not good business and nobody wants to see that. I am happy that I'm not going down this road with a poorly managed company.

  Be careful when you deal with Quicken or Rocket Loans. They will run your credit more than once for different products without your knowledge or consent. This really hurts when you are trying to buy a home. They also will waste your time by wanting to have endless discussions on various loan solutions but will not present anything in writing (paper or email). This is from my personal experience and is my opinion. I will not advice any of my clients to do business with them.

  The fact you guys are related to quicken loans makes you guys get 1 star. Horrible service. Avoid all quicken products.
