  I had a positive experience working with Team Surlis almost 12 years ago when I first bought my townhouse so when we were ready to sell we reached out to them again. I'm so glad that we did as we again had a very positive experience. Chris was very knowledgeable and offered sound advice but was never pushy in any way. He was responsive and clearly demonstrated that he was looking out for our best interests. He made the process of selling our home as easy and painless as possible. We were really happy to work with someone who was both competent as well as genuine and nice.

  As a Crofton resident for 18 years I saw a lot of Team Surlis signs on homes for sale. I marveled at how fast the homes moved, and the pricing garnished. I always knew we would use them if we were to sell. Guess what...we did. House sold in a day, priced right. The service was really professional and caring. Adan and Chris started us off then Chris took it from there. Class team, knows the market better than anyone else, not pushy and excellent advisors. In my opinion the only representative you need. Mark & Jennifer Driscoll say kudos to Chris and Team Surlis!!!!

  We had a completely positive experience with Team Surliest of Remax from start to close. Our main direct interactions were with Associate Aidan Surliest, who was a steady, kind, knowledgeable guide and advocate through navigating the home buying process, which can be confusing and stressful at times. He was always responsive, not pushy at all, and we never felt like we were a low priority. Tara, who we also worked with some, was also great and would not hesitate to reccomend either of them and Team Surlis. We feel so fortunate to have connected with such a great group. We love our new home.

  We have used Team Surlis for both of our home purchases and sales in Crofton. I cannot speak highly enough about the consistent and exemplary service we have received from Tim, Chris, Tara, and Aidan. They are the personification of a quality, family owned business. You are really made to feel that you are an important client because they truly believe you are. The Surlis team works diligently to inform you of all of your options and will answer any questions you have. They also have a great network of other businesses like handymen and painters to help you with the other things that go into the buying/selling process. If you decide to utilize Team Surlis I can assure you that you will be happy with your decision. It will likely not be the only time you see them if you move to Crofton because they are also fixtures in the community.
