  Met onsite with bank advisor, Omar Ledezma. The process was very easy, he had a great communication skills, and very helpful on guiding me through the steps. Will keep continue doing business with SECU and Omar, 10/10 would recommend him and this branch to friends,family.

  SECU just in general has TERRIBLE service overall. They locked one of my cards randomly, so I called immediately. Spent 20 minutes on hold, then decided to do the call back service because of the wait time. They never called back, so I had to send them a message through my account. Sharnette kept sending me the same useless copy and paste message the past 2 days and wouldn’t answer any questions or help out at all. Decided to call back and waited almost an hour for customer service, and when I’m finally connected to an agent, they immediately transfer me to another line. So now I have to wait another hour to speak to customer service. I don’t recommend SECU at all.

  I recently inquired about refinancing my auto loan, and I received the best service from Mr. Selon. He was very patient, helpful, and didn't pressure me to make any decisions/ wanted to make sure I had all the information to make the best decision for me. Working in customer service, I always notice when people go above and beyond to help and genuinely have the best interest of the customer. Mr. Selon is amazing, I highly recommend you go see him for all your banking needs!

  I have trying to make payments to them and it's really stressing me out. I've drove to places, been on hold for long times and never talk to anyone, sent emails, and nothing is helping me. Since I can't talk to anyone to help to get my payments to them, my payments are late and now getting letters for repo. This $h!++ is passing me off. Why can't someone just help me and stop giving a hard time. Just want a simple way to make my payment. I don't have an account with them, just a loan.

  DO NOT BANK WITH SECU. I transferred a loan here to get a lower interest rate. They FAILED TO SEND MY PAYOFF LETTER. So I had TWO loans, thousands and thousands of dollars, and TWO payments each month. After spending hours on the phone with both banks, SECU finally admitted the letter was "lost". Meanwhile, I'm paying 2 separate loans. There's a whole mess with reimbursement checks, which has now cost me money in bounced check fees. SECU won't help at all. They botched the entire process, costing me time and money and years of my life, and have done LITERALLY NOTHING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

  Everytime I go to secu crofton I leave with a smile on my face. Truly turned my day around after experiencing such great customer service with teller Allison. I was also kindly greeted by another as I left the building. I always appreciate the kindness, being treated equally and with respect.

  SECU has been more than helpful to me. The staff is exceptional. Very professional. I hope to get a home loan from SECU. I'm glad to be banking with them.
