  I literally can not say enough good things about this company. Service was above and beyond, absolutely Magnificent! I first contacted Steve June of 2020. We were a million miles away from being prepared to buy a house and had NO idea what we were doing. This company basically held our hand for the next two years!!! They gave us tips and pointers on how to build our credit and put our family in a position to buy our dream home. Our credit came up over 150 points each and we bought a house that we never thought we would be in. He recommended at realtor Ms Monique Williams that also went WELL above and beyond for us. All of my friends who have bought homes have complained about how hard it is and everything being so difficult to navigate. Glad I didn’t have that problem. Amanda made sure everything sure everything went smooth!!! All of the processes have been streamlined and easy. Everything has been user friendly. I could not have asked for a better team, because a better team doesn’t exist. My family is so grateful to have worked with Team Stapleton and we will be recommending them to any and everyone who plans to purchase a home. And did I mention we did all of this from a thousand miles away!!!!

  Just wanted to start out by saying Team Stapleton is the best Mortage lending company in the St.Petersburg area. Steve & Amanda made the entire process very easy. I called Steve on a Friday afternoon and he had everything turned around in a moments time. Amanda & Steve were very professional & made everything simple for me. They were also very responsive to all my questions through all forms of communication (Text/email/phone). It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend there service.   Steve and Amanda we phenomenal to work with. We decided refinance our home loan, a process we were NOT at all familiar with, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt confident and comfortable. The speed in which they replied to email, calls and texts was amazing. I can't remember the last time I received such fast responses. We were initially working with our original lender to refinance, but reached out to Steve on the advice of our Realtor. Steve made sure I understood the process, and took the time to explain that although our previous lender was offering a "flashy" rate, it really wasn't as great as it appeared. After we started the refinancing process, Amanda was just as responsive, keeping us informed at every stage of the process and answering all of our questions. I'd recommend Team Stapleton to anyone who is new to the refinancing process, you won't be disappointed!

  My husband and I have bought 3 homes in the last 3 years. We used a different mortgage person for each closing because the experience was so awful. Steve did our last mortgage and his level of expertise and knowledge made the experience a pleasure. We never had to worry. Everything was as he presented and the closing was seamless. Steve and Amanda are extraordinary. We will never use anyone else. They are the best!

  Team Stapleton made the mortgage process very easy! It was easy to get documents to them, easy to get requirements met, and easy to switch gears when needed. They were very easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions very quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone getting a new mortgage or refinancing their existing mortgage!

  Team Stapleton was absolutely amazing from start to finish. As first time home buyers we has a lot of questions and uncertainty, especially in a crazy market. Amanda and Steve were there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. They went above and beyond to fix any issues that came up as well. Couldn't have done it with out them!

  I all my years of adulting and buying a few homes, I can say without hesitation Team Stapleton is the best experience we have every had! Hands down, not even close! We went from contract to close in under 30 days with a VA home load! This was lighting fast. The speed of the process and customer service was unlike anything we have seen from well..... any industry providing anything. We asked questions all the time and they were always quick to respond with accurate information. This includes calls, texts, and emails. They were on top of it! There were never any surprises, and we always felt like they had our best interest in mind. Bottom line. I would never use another company. If they sold appliances, cars, airplanes, or lawn care, or whatever; I would use them exclusively. I refer this company to anyone seeking a mortgage or finance assistance. I will never use another company again. Yes, our experience was that good. We recommend them 1,000 percent!
