  Iza was extremely helpful, she went over all options I had to make my banking experience better and updated all my documents and even told me about offers I was missing on. Honestly she is incredible. Give this woman a raise!!!!

  They are competent and helpful, but today I canceled an appointment as they said they could see me at 2 Pm it is currently 3:05 pm and I am still waiting

  This post is to make corporate aware of the help that this location sorely needs. As the GM for a very large business in town my staff makes deposits here and requires banking needs such as change ETC several times per week. This place is a circus of antics and poor customer service on every level. We have experienced late openings, early closings, the security guard leaning against the wall looking away from the door oblivious to who is entering and leaving while playing on his phone. Another manager was unable to conduct business due to employees being locked in the safe and it being timed so they could not get out until it let them out??? The employees openly comment on the customers they like and don't like to other employees right in front of us while conducting business. This place needs an intervention ASAP.

  Absolutely the worst bank to go to. One person working in an office and one person talking to people when they come in, other than that just the tellers. I had a lossed debit card so I came to the bank to get it corrected and they had no one there that would help me. They told me to call the 1-800 number and all I had is problems with it. I get put on hold for an hour and then hung up on.

  This location either needs to be shut down or have a complete overhaul. It is just another example of how Bank of America doesn't care AT ALL for customers that don't bring in massive profits for them. Located in a developing area, we who use it may not be cashing the biggest paychecks, or have savings accounts over a thousand dollars, but we are people who deserve to be able to access services at their bank. This location never has more than one or to tellers, even on Fridays and Saturdays, when they have peak visit times. I have yet to make it in and out in less than an hour unless I chose to leave the line, like my husband did this morning, without being able to cash his paycheck. I don't believe it is entirely the branch manager's fault, as the corporation simply refuses to offer competitive services for those of us in lower income brackets, however they should speak up. They see our struggle. They know their customers, and we are not happy about this. That being said, even when I do make it to the front of the line, or through an atm line, there always seems to be an issue. This branch location is a joke and I, for one, am tired of giving my money to BOA if this is the "service" I will receive closest to my home.

  They have the Drive up teller closed permanently so heads up to the handicap, moms with young kids or doggie mom's FYI but they did let me bring my dog inside. Only 1 teller open with 5 other employees walking around including the manager standing there all with nothing better to do, also the handicapped/live teller atm inside was teller said we no long offer that service too. Wow 10 waiting people in line, I was in line for more then 30 mins. Wednesday at lunch hour really do better boa do better!

  Hi! I just opened up my first business account here and I had one of the best bank experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend this branch because of Iza Hadzic and the banks management team!! She's absolutely fantastic and will professionally handle all of your banking needs. 10/10 would recommend

  I have been a member with Bank of America for over 10 years. I usually bank at the Tampa locations. I stopped in this location today when I was in the area. I cannot believe how horrible the customer service is. This is by far the worst Bank of America location I have ever experienced. I am surprised this location has not been shut down or the employees fired. They do not care about you or your business. Extremely disappointed and will never go to this location again.

  Extremely rude and unhelpful employee's. They would rather interrupt me and try to talk me into going and using one of the ATMs rather that listen to my problem. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes the woman at the teller station would not even let me finish a sentence before telling me to go to the ATM. I tried 3 times to explain to her and she interrupted me all three to say I could just go to the ATM. I decided it would be worth my time to drive to another location for help.
