  Mike and Eric are always very responsive whenever i have a question or want to know more about a property. I met Mike when i was on vacation in Sarasota and wanted to get info on waterfront condos. Mike took the time to sit down and ask me and my wife, what we really wanted and you can tell he genuinely cared about us, now keep in mind that was 4 years ago. We still haven’t moved to Sarasota but Mike keeps me updated and checks in with me on a regular basis. I have sent some friends that were moving to Sarasota to Mike and they have raved about his knowledge and attention to detail and the personal attention he gives to them. We met Mike and Eric 4 years ago and now they are friends. We are still in Chicago but look forward to getting to Sarasota and working with Mike along with the nicer weather and much cheaper property taxes.

  Wow, Mike promises two things right up front; upscale, concierge service and seven day a week availability. Mike delivered on both right from the very beginning. He took the time to understand what type of home I was looking for. When I wasn’t clear, he probed even deeper. The end result….when I saw listings, they were the ones that fit my criteria. We didn’t waste our time chasing around looking at homes that were of no value to me! Mike took the time to explain, right up front, how the buying process would work. He clearly knows his stuff! If you are looking for a Broker that understands his job and places his clients above all else, Mike is the one for you. I feel like I’ve not only found an exceptional broker but also a good friend.

  Mike is exceptional. One of the hardest working people I have ever met. He’s customer focused, direct, straight forward and enthusiastically energetic. If the devil is in the details, then he’s your Saint to drive the devil out. He’s a Midwesterner and honest as the day is long.
