  Kevin was very prompt, professional and personable during my refinance. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to ensure that each step of the process was seamless. He gave me more information than was necessary in order to ensure that I was comfortable with my decision to use him as my broker. Plans are underway for future real estate transactions, so I will ensure that Kevin and Liberty Mortgage are the first that I call. First class is an understatement!! Thank you very much Kevin.

  I have worked with a lot of mortgage brokers over the years and Kevin is one of the best. From start to close, Kevin was responsive and professional with my VA refinance. We were able to close the refi in just 3-weeks! He delivered on everything he promised and got me the best rate. I could not ask for more. Very pleased. It was a pleasure working with Kevin.   I did a home refinance with Kevin Watkins at Liberty. He was very professional and responded quickly to my questions and concerns. He eased my worries on being a legitimate company and the refinance process. I was able to payoff a $22K vehicle and put $9k in my pocket. Would definitely use this company again.

  Hello. My husband worked with Kevin on a refi and he was hands down the best. From start to finish he was informative about questions that was asked…and even questions that wasn’t thought to be asked. My husband can be a little extreme sometime when taking care of business and can come off somewhat aggressive..however Kevin remained professional and still took care of business in order that this whole process was flawless. We would definitely recommend Kevin to anyone that is ready to do a refi…no doubt he will not steer you wrong and get the job done right. Thanks again Kevin…you are the best mortgage broker!

  I worked with Kevin at Liberty Mortgage on a home refinance after getting a letter from him, and everything went super smooth. He was quick, responsive, calm, and encouraging. I could tell he was on my side the whole time and I had a solid feeling throughout the process, and now I'm on a much lower rate and payment. Next time I need a mortgage, I'll be reaching out to Liberty again, and I suggest you do too!

  I was referred to Kevin from a mutual friend and I have to say hands down one of the best that I have come across. Very professional and very pleasant to work with. Was able to get me to the signing table in less then two weeks and the signing was a breeze. Made my experience great from start to finish with buying my home. He always communicated with me and made sure I fully understand every step of the process. Highly recommended.
