I’ve been a customer for over 30 years, am a platinum customer but that didn’t matter to Bank of America. I needed 2 letters of recommendation to be notarized. I tried calling first but no one answers the phone, I tried making an appointment through their website and it wouldn’t process so I went in person only to be greeted by a manager on the floor who was quick to turn me down. After much back and forth they would not notorize the letter of recommendation because it had to do with citizenship. They never gave me the reason nor seemed to care. I ended up having to pay UPS but they did it quickly and with a smile. Bank of America has gone downhill. Customer satisfaction doesn’t seem to matter.

I don't understand why the employees are so rude. They don't promote service with a smile and brush you off if you try to ask a question. There are no less than 5 employees the floor chatting with each other. Four customers in line and just one teller. No one says sorry for your wait, we will be with you shortly, just chatting amongst themselves. If I didn't deal with a business account that is out of my hands I would never step foot in here and give business to people so ungrateful for having a job.

As I stated in an earlier review, this place deserves NEGATIVE 5 STARS. Anyone reading this please consider using the BOA on Fruitville down by I-75. It makes me physically ill when I have to come here . ONE teller that works like a turtle for 15 people on line..The level of incompetence is straight astonishing. Take your business to another Bank entirely.. Meaning, take your money out and put it somewhere else...

A message to all, Bank of America is not a real bank like you remember. They don't care at all about you or customer service. Those days are over here at BoA. (1) Teller working, no drive thru, Saturday hours? Yes but they can only take your deposits. Cant cash a check or even get a big bill changed. You wanna cash your payroll check LOL NOPE GO AWAY. I'd like to talk to a customer rep. today about my accounts? NOPE not today they only work on days you're not here. Appointments are ignored or cancelled on arrival. They have closed most of the locations around the country in many towns. They will most likely have 1 or 2 locations in a town. Period. The ASSociates are rude, unhelpful, uncaring and if you can find one you can understand they condescend to talk to you. I have noticed they are most responsive to spanish speaking customers.

My mother and I came in last week to close her large safe deposit box and switch to small box which is free as she, a gold star customer. We couldn't close that day as no customer service person was available. An appt was set for the 10th but now the bank will be closed so we can't conclude our business. BOA is so customer UNfriendly!!!

      Response from the owner

The person working the front desk insisted that I wear a mask or I could be segregated in a room and they would do my banking for me. I am not a fan of segregation so I left, I used the atm to do my business and I will transfer my business to a credit union very quickly. As Bank of America customers leave, choose to do online banking and use atm to conduct thier business all banks will close and this woman can return ticket hostess at a local I Hop.

12 people in line one teller and one and employee standing around. When customers ask questions he is routing them to go online to make appointment. I am not sure why that employee standing around because a security is already present. Useless bank and always long line. One teller one teller ridiculous!! and oh they close at 4pm.

Why you have 5 computer station if you dont have the employees to work? 2 new employee, very slow, there is a line all the way to front parking lot and 2 people Sitting in the office just watching the line, they are telling people they cannot help, we have to wait for the tellers. Just funny. Maybe its time to change my bank.

ALWAYS a long line. One teller and 4 loan agents is typical so customers wait on line for AGES. to cash a simple check or make a deposit. WORST SERVICE EVER.
